As an Assistant Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth banking operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in the preparation and organization of banking reports and documents.,Support the Teller in maintaining a clean and organized banking environment.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banking procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with MS Office and other banking software is a plus.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
