📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and analyze structural elements for various construction projects using AutoCAD and ETABS.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to the construction team.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project reviews and approvals.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETABS for structural design and analysis.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid professional engineer license is a plus.
