📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or sales industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
