📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Support in client meetings and negotiations, ensuring smooth communication in Mandarin.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the General Manager.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in business events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
