Puskesmas Dewi Tea is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can start right away.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company at HR-related events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
