📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of employees.,Design and implement training evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to develop training content.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
