📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
