In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our Research and Development efforts, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. You will also manage our Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) processes, optimizing our supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, you will oversee our Quality Assurance team, implementing robust quality control measures to ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the Research and Development team, driving innovation and product development initiatives.
• Oversee Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) processes, ensuring optimal supply chain efficiency.
• Implement and manage quality control measures, ensuring products meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing R&D and Quality Assurance teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
