In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various civil and structural projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of various civil and structural projects, including but not limited to, mining infrastructure, processing plants, and tailings facilities.,Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure that construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with design specifications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in civil and structural engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes and enhance the company's competitive advantage.,Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical engineering, to ensure that projects are integrated and coordinated effectively.,Participate in the development of new mining technologies and solutions, and contribute to the company's intellectual property portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on mining industry applications.,Strong understanding of mining industry-specific design considerations, such as slope stability, ground control, and water management.,Proficiency in the use of engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ETABS.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as those issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Mineral and Coal (DGMC).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles, and a strong track record of implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures.
