📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Prepare and stock ingredients, including ordering and receiving deliveries.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Support the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
