📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the branch meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate branch activities during special events or promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a financial or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using financial and operational software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
