📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and driving company performance.
