📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs that comply with applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate risks associated with operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all safety-related activities and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime or industrial sector.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.
