Inventory Assistant Manager - Warehouse & Stock Control

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory management.
• Lead a team of warehouse professionals and provide guidance and support.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and optimize stock levels to minimize holding costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on inventory status and trends to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading warehouse teams and implementing inventory control systems.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian warehouse operations and regulations.
