We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Staff to join our team in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales support.,Ensure that the store is well-organized and that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Assist in the preparation and processing of orders, including order picking, packing, and shipping.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in store events and promotions, including setting up displays and assisting with sales.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data entry tasks.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or operations role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales operations.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
