New Seed Pratama is looking for a motivated Junior Store Admin to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.,Support customers with product information and promotions.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store layout.,Help with daily store opening and closing procedures.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials.,Support the store manager in managing employee schedules.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
