📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs to optimize stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for the company.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that purchasing activities align with company goals and objectives.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the purchasing process.,Lead and mentor junior purchasing staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using purchasing software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
