📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and on-the-job training.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for our team.,Implement and monitor the effectiveness of learning programs, gathering feedback and making data-driven improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Work closely with the HR team to align learning initiatives with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Familiarity with performance management and talent development strategies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
