📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain operational manuals and standard operating procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
