📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the appropriate department.,Manage and maintain the front desk area, including filing, organizing, and updating records.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.,Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and troubleshooting.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
