Mandiri Insurance is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products to potential customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of Mandiri Insurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients in the Pematangsiantar area.,Promote and sell insurance products to both new and existing customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with insurance products and the ability to explain them to customers.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation for field work.,Ability to work in a remote environment and manage self.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
