Hotel Citra Coffee is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving sales growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and address any issues.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client engagement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.,Report on key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.,Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Knowledge of the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
