TDCX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic people and culture initiatives that support the company's business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR functions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide HR insights.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
