📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to logistics and transportation.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.,Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.,Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations and achieving operational goals.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
