📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of line operations in Asia, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.,Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations, logistics, and customer service.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure the safety and security of vessels, crew, and cargo, adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and networking events to build relationships and enhance our market presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing line operations in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations, industry standards, and best practices.,Familiarity with maritime software and systems, including but not limited to, ECDIS, VDR, and cargo management systems.
