📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for occupational therapy services, aligning with the overall goals of SingHealth Group.,Oversee the delivery of occupational therapy services, ensuring compliance with international and local healthcare standards.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.,Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of occupational therapy programs to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest developments in occupational therapy and healthcare to drive innovation and best practices.,Manage and mentor a team of occupational therapists, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.,Represent SingHealth Group at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional registration with the relevant regulatory body in Indonesia or another recognized country.,Strong understanding of healthcare systems and policies in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proven track record of strategic planning and development in healthcare services.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
