📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all aspects of infrastructure development projects, from planning to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in infrastructure development.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.,Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members to ensure the continued success of the team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure development, and incorporate them into project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMP, Agile, and Lean.,Experience with infrastructure development projects, including roads, bridges, airports, and other related projects.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently for project-related activities.

🛠️ Keahlian

Project management software (e.g.MS ProjectPrimaveraor similar).AutoCAD or other computer-aided design (CAD) software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
