📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on shipping services and solutions.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.,Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the shipping industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of shipping services, regulations, and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel are a plus.
