📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement content strategies for Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and curate engaging content, including photos, videos, and stories, that aligns with the brand's voice and values.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement and sales.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.,Manage the café's social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.,Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok.,Strong understanding of visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and other relevant software.,Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
