📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading a retail team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with inventory management and sales forecasting.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
