Conducting job analyses to identify the skills and qualifications needed for various roles within the company.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for the available positions.,Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
