📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the seamless operation of production machinery.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure that maintenance activities align with operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to optimize machinery performance and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance best practices.
