📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
