📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B division, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the F&B offerings.
• Manage a team of F&B managers and supervisors, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of F&B services across all retail locations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients and products.
• Represent the F&B division in company-wide meetings and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in F&B management, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and growth.
• Proven experience in using SAP FICO and Oracle Retail for financial and operational management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Certification in Food Safety and Health Management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of consumer trends is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
