• Manage and lead a team of department heads and frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
