You will use platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and Zoom to host live streams, interact with viewers, and drive sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Host and manage live streams on platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and Zoom.
Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Promote products and services during live streams to drive sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement live streaming strategies.
Monitor live stream performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and customer service.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the live streaming initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms and tools such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and Zoom.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
