You’ll work closely with our head office to implement and monitor sales targets, inventory control, and staff training programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to customers
• Manage staff performance, including training and development
• Monitor and report on outlet performance metrics
• Implement and monitor sales targets and promotions
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the head office to implement strategic initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving outlet performance
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
