📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist site supervisors and construction managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
• Perform a variety of tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Participate in safety briefings and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work site.
• Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a construction-related program or have recently graduated with a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles, materials, and methods.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other construction software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery (if applicable).
