Field Surveyor - Construction & Land Measurement Specialist
PT Teratama Inovasi Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Field Surveyor to join our team in Pekanbaru, Riau. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements and construction surveys to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our projects. This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month. As a Field Surveyor, you will work closely with our construction teams to gather and analyze data using advanced surveying tools and software. Your daily tasks will include conducting boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys to support project planning and execution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct precise land measurements and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
- Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys to support project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
- Analyze survey data using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Surfer.
- Prepare and present survey reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior surveyors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land measurement and construction surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
- Experience with surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Surfer.
- Certification as a Land Surveyor (Ideal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
