📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate freight operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient logistics processes.
• Monitor and analyze freight costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the logistics process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related role.
• Proven experience with logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
