📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases using tools like TestRail, JIRA, and Selenium.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure defects are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Perform manual and automated testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Appium.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Assist in the development of test automation frameworks and scripts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with a strong background in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) are a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
