📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up, calibrate, and maintain neuromonitoring equipment according to manufacturer specifications and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and brain activity in real-time during surgical procedures.
• Interpret neuromonitoring data and provide critical information to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
• Document and record patient data accurately and promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with neuromonitoring equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in neuromonitoring technology and best practices in patient care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
• Certification as a Registered Neuromonitoring Technician (RNMT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in neuromonitoring or a related healthcare role.
• Strong knowledge of neuromonitoring equipment, including EEG, EMG, and somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP) devices.
• Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
