📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of merchandise strategies and plans
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized

• Source and evaluate new products for the retail inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and SAP for inventory management and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with fashion and retail industry trends is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
