📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the guest house, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Manage and train the guest house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the development and implementation of guest house policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by promoting a positive image and exceptional service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply ordering processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with guest house operations or similar roles is a plus.
