📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power distribution.
- Monitor and optimize data centre performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network security measures and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data centre operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data centre efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on data centre operations.
- Certifications in IT infrastructure management, such as Cisco, CompTIA, or VMware, are a plus.
- Proficient in using data centre management tools like VMware vSphere, Microsoft System Center, or OpenStack.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing.
