📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire R&D process, from concept to product launch.
• Lead and mentor a team of researchers and engineers.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage budgets and resources for R&D projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align R&D efforts with customer needs.
• Present R&D findings and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful product development and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using R&D management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
