📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all legal operations and activities within the company.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, both national and international.
• Manage and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and beneficial to the company.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on complex legal issues.
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations with external parties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate compliance and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to corporate governance and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Proficient in using legal management software such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
